Position Overview Position Summary: Eastern New Mexico University is seeking a 12-month, full-time Clinical Supervisor in CDIS. Primary duties will include supervising graduate-level student clinicians. Salary will be commensurate with education and experience. This is a residential appointment. Campus presence is required. Requirements Duties and Responsibilities Supervise/monitor graduate clinical rotations in CDIS, providing guidance, mentorship, and instruction regarding clinical practice; Consult with off-campus supervisors as assigned. Provide direct clinical services to clients and supervise students as they provide services to clients. Complete clinical billing and provide clinical billing supervision. Assist with ASHA accreditation compliance. Participation in Speech-Language and Hearing Rehabilitation Outreach Center (SHROC) activities and recruiting efforts. Minimum Job Requirements CCC-SLP and Master's degree. At least two years of CDIS practice experience. Eligibility for NM licensure as SLP. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Candidate must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills. Candidate must possess a commitment to excellence in teaching students of diverse backgrounds. Working Conditions Physical Demand and Working Conditions: Work is generally sedentary in nature that at times requires exerting up to 10 pounds of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects.
