Family Nurse Practitioner Opportunity – Starke, FL MainStreet Family Care is hiring a full‑time Family Nurse Practitioner to provide patient‑focused care in an urgent, primary, and telemedicine clinic. The role supports a small team in a high‑volume, fast‑paced urgent care environment. Responsibilities Diagnose and treat upper respiratory issues such as cold, flu, strep, COVID, and other infections. Perform minor procedures (toenail removal, foreign object removal, etc.). Suturing and splinting. General orthopedic evaluation and management. Review of x‑rays (with radiologist oversight). General dermatology and eye problem assessment. Interpret EKGs. Emergency management skills. General gynecology expertise. Treat patients of all ages, including occupational medicine and telemedicine. Schedule Clinic hours: Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.; Saturday and Sunday 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. Week 1: Monday (ON), Tuesday (ON), Wednesday (OFF), Thursday (OFF), Friday (ON), Saturday (ON), Sunday (ON). Week 2: Monday (OFF), Tuesday (OFF), Wednesday (ON), Thursday (ON), Friday (OFF), Saturday (OFF), Sunday (OFF). Qualifications Family Nurse Practitioner board certification required. MSN or higher education; new graduates welcome. DOT certification required or willingness to obtain; employer covers the cost. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience with EMR and Microsoft Office suite preferred. Compensation and Benefits Health, dental, and vision coverage. Malpractice insurance. Starting bonus.
