Your Role What You Will Do

• Conduct routine and sophisticated clinical lab testsincluding chemistry, hematology, and immunologyfollowing established protocols.
• Evaluate test results for precision, troubleshoot discrepancies, and perform routine maintenance and calibration on laboratory instruments.
• Assist in collecting specimens and preparing samples for examination as required.
• Meticulously document all procedures, mentor new staff members or students, and ensure adherence to high-quality lab standards.
• Uphold a clean, safe working environment and comply with all regulatory and accreditation standards.

Education

• Obtained a Bachelor's degree in Clinical Laboratory Science or a related allied health field, along with readiness for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) must be achieved within one year of hire.
• Maintain valid certification throughout the duration of employment.
