Minimum 6 months Paraprofessional or Special Education experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications and Experience
- Previous experience working with children or in an educational setting preferred
- Familiarity with classroom management methods and strategies
- Ability to follow directions and work under teacher supervision
- Strong communication skills to interact professionally with students, staff, and parents
- Patience, empathy, and adaptability in meeting diverse student needs
- Effective organizational skills and attention to detail
Key Responsibilities
- Assist teachers in implementing lesson plans and classroom activities
- Provide individualized attention to students needing extra support
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning atmosphere
- Reinforce positive behavior and classroom routines
- Support students with special needs, following established plans
- Help with classroom preparation, organization, and basic clerical duties
- Supervise students during activities and transitions
