What You’ll Do Examine, diagnose, and treat a dynamic mix of urgent care cases and scheduled companion-animal visits. Triage incoming patients, stabilize critical cases, and coordinate specialty referrals when appropriate. Perform general and urgent care procedures, soft-tissue surgery, and dentistry within your skill set. Develop individualized diagnostic plans, treatment estimates, and client education with empathy and transparency. Collaborate with veterinarians, technicians, assistants, and client service representatives. Support the continued development of the clinical support team. Maintain accurate and timely medical records to ensure continuity of care. What You’ll Bring DVM or VMD degree from an accredited institution. Active Ohio veterinary license or eligibility to obtain one before your start date. Current DEA registration or eligibility to obtain one. Strong clinical judgment and excellent communication skills. A collaborative, team-first approach to patient care. Urgent care or emergency experience is preferred but not required. Veterinarians with strong general practice experience and an interest in urgent care are encouraged to apply. Interest in future overnight urgent care or emergency shifts is welcomed but not required. Schedule and Flexibility Full-time and part-time opportunities are available.
