Intensive Care Unit Nurse OpportunityRice Memorial hospital has an incredible opportunity for a skilled acute care nurse to join their Intensive Care Unit!Schedule:48 hours per two weeksRotating shifts - Both 8-hour and 12-hour shiftsIncludes every third weekend and rotating holidaysPay and Benefits:Pay based on experience and degree:Associate/Diploma in nursing starting at $43.24 per hourBachelor's degree in nursing starting at $43.61 per hourMaster's degree in nursing starting at $45.79 per hourFull pay range: $43.24 - $65.47 per hour$3,500 Hiring bonus!$5,000 Relocation bonus (if applicable)!Part-time benefits: Medical, dental, PTO, retirement, employee discounts and more!Qualifications:Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.Current RN licensure in the State of Minnesota.Working knowledge of professional nursing theory and practice.Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing.Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with patients, employees, public, and other providers.A knowledge of growth and development; specifically, an understanding of the cognitive, physical, emotional, and chronological maturation process.An understanding of the range of treatment needed by patients of all ages in relation to the growth and development processes to include neonate, child, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients.To be eligible for the hiring bonus you must be an external candidate who is hired into an eligible full-time or part-time benefited position.
