Responsibilities Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product specifications for prepared food merchandise and collaborate with cross-functional teams to educate associates on tools, tasks, and resources. Communicate effectively with team members and adapt to the business needs in other areas. Prepare food according to item specifications, plan future and mass productions, and prepare for seasonality while adhering to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold chain compliance, and inventory management. Operate, maintain, and sanitize equipment and demonstrate an understanding of product and layout execution. Leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement, using handheld technology for production decisions, ordering, receiving club pickup orders, training, and product quality. Drive the performance of the area by stocking and rotating merchandise, ensuring quality and date-control standards, eliminating waste, and providing member service by acknowledging members and identifying their needs. Assist members with purchasing decisions, payment types, locating merchandise, and resolving member issues and concerns. Act as a brand advocate and influence others to work respectfully, supportively, and team-oriented, understanding roadblocks and assisting in training. Comply with company policies, procedures and ethics, using the Open Door Policy and applying these in business processes. Complete work assignments and priorities using policies, data, and resources, collaborating with managers, co-workers, customers, and partners, and communicating progress, recommending improvement opportunities, and adapting to change. Hourly wage range: $18.00 to $26.00+; additional compensation in the form of hourly premiums up to $3.00 per hour may apply based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Minimum Qualifications Be at least 18 years old. Successfully complete all required trainings and assessments within a prescribed timeframe if offered the position. Preferred Qualifications Food Safety Certification; Food Service experience. Food Handler Certification (Food Safety).
