Open Positions Job title: Assistant Program Manager House Name: Amity, Woodbridge Hours: 40, Full Time, Exempt Pay Starting at $50,000/yearly Aspire Living & Learning is looking for an Assistant Program Manager supports the Program Manager in the daily operation and oversight of, a residential program funded by the Department of Social Services (DSS) and providing support to adults with disabilities. This role serves as an important bridge between direct care staff and program leadership by ensuring high-quality, person-centered services, regulatory compliance, and effective team coordination. Under the direction of the Program Manager, the Assistant Program Manager is responsible for providing hands‑on leadership, staff guidance, and administrative support while helping to ensure that individuals supported receive care that promotes dignity, independence, and community inclusion in accordance with all state, federal, and agency requirements.
