YOUR FUTURE CAREER DUTIES: Introduces customer to the Spitzer value price sales process and value statements, Facilitates interview, at a comfortable pace for the customer, to discover customer preferences, needs, and buying motives, Presents vehicles to customers that meet their needs and explore their interests, Offers customer involvement in trade-in evaluation, presents financial proposition, satisfies customer concerns and asks for the order, Conducts Spitzer delivery process and follows up in prescribed manner with customers.
