As a Marketing Specialist you will be responsible for managing all aspects of assigned companyand partnerevents on time and within budget, includingbut not limitedto:communicating with the business unit or teammate which requests the event, understanding the goals and objectives of the opportunity, and executing all communications and tactics to ensure the objectives are met.Along the way, you will get to: Outlineand manage event timelines and milestones Meet withkey event stakeholdersto understand goals andobjectivesas well as budget Submit creative requestsrelated to event needs and provide updates for creative teams todesign,writeor create needs. What we’re looking for Daily demonstration of our values of Hunger,Heartand Harmony. A drive to deliver exceptional events anda go-gettermentality when executing multiple events at one time. Minimum of 3-5 years of related experience with coordinating marketing events, conferences,client-facing events, incentivetravel. Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year College or university preferred; or related marketing experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
