Revolutionizing the insurance industry, the full-time remote Senior Decision Science Analyst will build advanced pricing models and tools, modernize pricing disciplines, and leverage data science to optimize customer experience and ensure fairness in pricing. Key responsibilities Lead the development and integration of predictive modeling projects in collaboration with the Data Science team Craft rate filing support for new machine learning models and recommend pricing actions based on monitoring results Develop rates and pricing strategies for product expansions in new states and assist in designing internal pricing software for advanced analytics Required qualifications 4+ years of statistical modeling experience, preferably in the insurance industry Advanced experience in developing predictive models using machine learning approaches such as GLM and decision trees Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field Proficiency in data science programming languages such as R or Python and database query tools like SQL Enthusiasm for learning and adapting to AI technologies
