Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Structures Mechanic to work on CRJ 700s and Embraer 145s. This role involves performing heavy maintenance checks (C and D checks), interior modifications on CRJ 700 aircraft to optimize seating configuration, and Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) tasks on CRJ 900s.

Responsibilities

• Perform heavy maintenance checks (C and D checks) on CRJ 700 aircraft.

• Execute interior modifications on CRJ 700 aircraft to reduce economy seating and expand first and business class seating.

• Conduct MRO tasks on CRJ 900 aircraft.

• Utilize sheet metal skills for structural repairs.

• Read and interpret blueprints and drawings on tablets.

Essential Skills

• Must have 2+ years of experience as a Structures Mechanic, preferably in MRO.

• Experience with Part 121 operations.

• Proficiency in working with CRJ 700 and Embraer 145 aircraft.

• Ability to perform heavy maintenance checks.

• Airframe license required.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
