Human Resources Coordinator

As HR Coordinator, you will provide administrative support across the full employee lifecycle, from new hire documentation to records management to event coordination. This is a temp-to-hire position paying $25–$27 per hour, ideal for an HR professional looking to build a long-term career with a growing organization. Responsibilities Review and process new hire and employee change documentation in PeopleSoft (Oracle) Maintain physical and electronic employee records per retention policy Support terminations, VOE requests, and general HR inquiries Assist Talent Acquisition with interview scheduling and coordination Schedule HR meetings, events, and maintain agendas Process check requests, expense reports, and travel bookings via Concur Handle mail, shipping, and office supply orders Education Requirements Associate's or Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience) Qualifications 3-5 years of HR administrative support experience, ideally in a corporate or manufacturing setting PeopleSoft (Oracle) experience strongly preferred; Concur a plus Strong Microsoft Office skills and high attention to detail Discretion handling confidential information and excellent communication skills Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401k options Weekly pay via direct deposit Employee discount programs and more #J-18808-Ljbffr Pro Staff
