Neonatal Intensive Care Unit Manager(NICU) Needs in Austin, TX!

Location: Austin, TX

Facility: NICU

Start Date: ASAP

Length: Direct Hire(Permanent)

Available Shifts: x1 AM (7:00 AM to 5 PM) 10 hours shift 4 days a week but must be flexible

PAY RATES:

Up to 150k annually depending on experience and interview result

RN Responsibilities and Duties

  • Supports efforts to reduce variation in clinical practice and improve efficiency, effectiveness, and cost. Ensure a culture of accountability and transparency in the provision of care.
  • Ensures compliance with all policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
  • Manages admissions and discharge processes to ensure efficient throughput and high quality, patient-centered care.
  • Facilitates effective interdisciplinary care coordination within and across departments. Ensure staff with appropriate clinical competencies are assigned to meet patient care needs.
  • Provides leadership in attaining and sustaining an unparalleled patient experience. Instill accountability for providing consistent, positive patient interactions that differentiate the organization as a healthcare leader.
  • Reviews various feedback mechanisms and helps identify opportunities to improve customer/patient satisfaction. Supports the development and implementation of strategies to elevate the patient experience.

Requirements:

  • Resume (MUST HAVE AT LEAST 2 YRS OF CHARGE NURSE/CNC/NURSE MGR EXP. IN AN ACUTE CARE SETTING)
  • Nursing license/Cert Valid TX or Compact RN License
