Job Summary: We are supporting a search for a Senior Project Manager to help coordinate a major corporate website transformation program. This position will bring structure to cross-functional work, keep stakeholders aligned, and help move decisions, dependencies, and deliverables forward through launch.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain the integrated project plan, milestones, dependencies, and decision calendar.
• Coordinate stakeholders across Corporate Affairs, Legal, Regulatory, Compliance, Global Safety, Human Resources, Finance, Web Technology teams, and agency partners.
• Facilitate working sessions, leadership reviews, and cross-functional check-ins; document decisions, actions, and owners.
• Track risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies while preparing concise status updates and decision materials for program leaders and steering groups.

Required

• Bachelor's degree and 7 years of experience, Associate's degree and 12 years of experience, Master's degree and 5 years of experience, or Doctorate degree and 3 years of experience.
• Experience managing complex, cross-functional digital, web, technology, or communications programs.
• Strong facilitation, organization, stakeholder-management, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Experience coordinating agencies or vendors, managing project plans and RAID logs, and preparing executive status reports.
• Ability to quickly comprehend and articulate technical problems and devise creative solutions.
• Business-savvy approach with the ability to work across seniority levels and functions in a fast-paced environment.
