Corporate Actions Specialist

If you have a strong background in investment operations and corporate actions, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-performing team within a leading asset management environment. We are seeking an experienced Corporate Actions Specialist to support Brokerage Investment Management’s Operations team. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable working across multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. This is a 12-month temp-to-perm opportunity with strong potential for long-term growth. The role starts onsite during training and then transitions to a hybrid work schedule . Support portfolio managers, traders, and administrators via the BlackRock Aladdin Trade Management System Monitor and analyze corporate action events across vendors, middle offices, and custodians Process mandatory and voluntary corporate actions from announcement through settlement Perform cash and position reconciliations related to corporate actions Investigate and resolve discrepancies, breaks, and settlement issues Collaborate with custodians and middle office teams to resolve outstanding items Enhance workflows, improve processes, and mitigate operational risks Deliver timely and accurate responses to internal and external stakeholders Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience 3–5 years of investment operations experience Strong knowledge of equity and fixed income securities (REQUIRED) Hands-on experience with corporate actions (REQUIRED) Familiarity with custodian bank processes and asset management operations Experience with Aladdin (BRS) is a plus Opportunity to work with a top-tier asset management firm High-impact role with exposure to front, middle, and back office teams Clear path to permanent placement after 12 months Hybrid flexibility after initial onsite training Must be authorized to work in the United States Russell Tobin offers eligible employees comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k) retirement savings plan, life and disability insurance options, pet insurance, employee discounts, and access to an employee assistance program, identity theft protection, and legal support. #J-18808-Ljbffr Russell Tobin
