Requirements for Subcontractor Crews:

-Minimum 5 years of residential window and door installation experience.

-Excellent and verifiable carpentry skills.

-Must have an LLC/EIN, S-Corp, C-Corp, or Partnership

-Carry full insurance: liability, auto, and workers' compensation.

-Must have EPA/Lead Certification.

-Provide your own enclosed trailer or truck, equipped to transport windows, plus a metal brake and tools.

-Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

-Ability to bend, lift, and carry up to 90 lbs. unassisted.

-Strong organizational skills, time management, and communication.

-Positive, professional attitude when working with homeowners.
