Compensation:

$80,000 - $120,000+ yearly at plan earnings

Responsibilities:

What You’ll Do

• Work with exclusive, high-intent leads —no cold calling or door knocking required

• Meet with clients by phone or virtually to assess their needs and recommend the right life insurance solutions

• Educate clients on coverage options and guide them through a simple, stress-free application process

• Follow a proven sales system with comprehensive training, mentorship, and ongoing support

• Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional communication and follow-up

• Manage your own schedule, sales pipeline, and income potential while working independently

• Help families protect their financial future while building a rewarding, performance-driven career

Qualifications:

• Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust and develop positive client relationships

• Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a desire to grow income through performance-based opportunities

• Willingness to obtain a life insurance license (no experience required)

• Coachable and open to learning, with the ability to follow a proven, step-by-step system

• Ability to work remotely with strong time management, organization, and self-discipline

• Professional, reliable, and responsible, with the ability to pass a background check

• Growth-minded, with an interest in long-term career advancement and leadership opportunities

• Comfortable speaking with clients over the phone or via virtual platforms (Zoom, etc.)

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with online tools and CRM systems

• Positive attitude with a strong work ethic and willingness to take initiative
