Corporate Paralegal

Firm Advice is conducting a search for a Corporate Paralegal on behalf of a U.S. based company aiming to build a stronger U.S. supply chain for the specialized materials needed to manufacture advanced technologies.
Position is remote with full-time hours.
Position is direct hire.
Starting Salary: $110,000 to $130,000 per year. Salary will be commensurate with experience.
RESPONSIBILITES
- Assisting with contract lifecycle management.
- Tracking contracts and managing workflows.
- Managing entities and corporate records.
- Managing legal operations including invoicing, financial tracking, coordinating legal requests, onboarding new legal operations systems, as needed.
- Conduct M&A due diligence.
- Support compliance processes for export control.
- Assist with managing privacy programs.
- Other responsibilities as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree, or additional equivalent experience is preferred.
- Five (5) plus years of corporate governance paralegal experience.
- Corporate governance experience is required.
- Strong experience working with contract management systems and other related platforms.
- Strong ability to prioritize competing deadlines.
- Experience as a notary is a plus.
- Paralegal certificate is a plus.
- Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and written skills.
