The Cary Company is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Territory Sales Representative to cover Pennsylvania, West Virginia, and portions of Ohio , promoting our container, packaging, and filtration product lines . This territory includes a mix of existing customers, warm inbound opportunities, and significant untapped growth potential. Success in this role requires balancing relationship management with proactive business development to drive long-term growth.
Compensation
- Competitive Base Salary: $55,000-$75,000
- Performance-Based Incentives: Uncapped earning potential through commissions and bonuses tied to growth, retention, and new business development.
- High-Earning Opportunity: Realistic earnings of $90,000-$130,000+ as the territory develops, with top performers exceeding $150,000.
- Additional Rewards: Special incentives for new customer acquisition and achieving key growth milestones.
You Are Someone Who…
- Conducts weekly sales calls and consistently closes new business
- Balances warm inbound leads with proactive prospecting, networking, referrals, and outbound business development
- Enjoys uncovering new opportunities and opening doors with prospective customers
- Ensures all accounts and prospects receive the attention and resources they need
- Is curious and eager to learn our product lines and technologies
- Excels in quoting, upselling, and building strong customer relationships
- Maintains a positive attitude and manages multiple priorities with ease
- Has a strong work ethic and confidence in negotiating
- Is a proactive self-starter who seeks continuous improvement
- Resides within Pennsylvania, West Virginia, or the greater Pittsburgh region
