**Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - 12 Hour Shifts**

The Orchards Michigan, located in Big Rapids, MI, is currently seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to join our team.

**Duties and Responsibilities:**

- Assist residents with daily living activities, including delivering meals, turning and ambulating residents, and providing adequate fluids and nourishment throughout the scheduled shift.

- Help residents with personal hygiene.

- Observe residents and report any health issues to the supervising nurse.

- Document residents' food and fluid intake.

- Assist residents with feeding and serving nutritional supplements.

- Make residents' beds and keep their living areas clean and tidy.

- Transport residents within the facility.

- Assist nurses and other staff as needed.

- Adhere to professional standards and follow all facility policies and procedures.

- Comply with all federal, state, and local regulations and standards.

- Maintain the confidentiality of all residents and facility data.

**Qualifications and Skills:**

- Current and valid CNA certification.

- Excellent interpersonal skills.

- Effective communication skills.

- Strong collaboration and teamwork abilities.

- Fast and adaptive problem-solving skills.

- Keen attention to detail.

- In-depth understanding of patient care policies and regulations.

- Familiarity with symptoms and signs of improvement for various medical conditions.
