Join CHI St. Alexius Health and make a difference! What You'll Do: Set up, maintain, and monitor sterile fields with the highest standards. Anticipate surgeon's needs and pass instruments efficiently. Collaborate with RNs on counts and ensure medication safety. Actively participate in the Time-out process. Must be registered on the North Dakota Board of Nursing Unlicensed Assistive Persons (UAP) Registry prior to start date. Must be a Certified Surgical Technician or gain your CST within 90 days of employment. No previous experience required, other than clinical lab with schooling. Ability to organize assignments and work under pressure. Basic Life Support Certification within 480 hours of employment and meets re-certification as required.
