Compensation for this Role od $19.14 to $20.26 per hour Job Responsibilities Bakery Production Worker Responsibilities Operates and monitors a continuous bakery production line in a food manufacturing environment Rotates among production duties including filler machine operation, wrapper machine operation, packing boxes, stacking boxes, and packaging finished bakery products Visually inspects bakery products for quality, quantity, packaging accuracy, and overall product standards Reports all equipment issues to the supervisor or manager in a timely manner Understands and follows all workplace safety, food safety, sanitation, and production procedures that apply to daily operations Maintains a safe and clean environment by following all safety policies and procedures Maintains excellent customer service and positive demeanor towards guests, customers, clients, co-workers, etc. Adheres to Aramark, OSHA, food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling policies and procedures Ensures security of company and client assets At Aramark, developing new skills and doing what it takes to get the job done make a positive impact for our employees and for our customers. Qualifications Previous experience in bakery production, food manufacturing, warehouse production, packaging, or a related production line role preferred Knowledge of bakery production methods, food production standards, and quality control processes preferred Knowledge of food safety regulations, proper food handling, sanitation, and storage practices preferred Must be able to obtain a food safety certification Demonstrates basic math and counting skills for production, packaging, and inventory tasks Requires repetitive motion with hands and arms Requires ability to stand and walk for the duration of shift Our Mission Rooted in service and united by our purpose, we strive to do great things for each other, our partners, our communities, and our planet.
