Regional Property Leader - Multi-Portfolio Housing

Asset Living is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee the operations of a housing community portfolio. You will manage personnel, leasing, maintenance, finance, and risk while ensuring compliance with company policies and fair housing guidelines. Travel 25–50% of the time to sites and conferences. Ideal candidates have strong leadership, budgeting, leasing, and marketing strategy skills, with CAM/ARM certification preferred and knowledge of Fair Housing laws. #J-18808-Ljbffr Assetliving
