PMO Manager

Title: PMO Manager Shift: 1st Shift North America, 9: 00 AM -5: 00 PM Remote - Milpitas, CA 95035 PMO Manager Position Summary The Project Manager is responsible for establishing project governance, driving execution, and ensuring re-brand & integration projects align with organizational objectives. This role provides oversight, processes, tools, and reporting to enable successful delivery of strategic initiatives across the organization. Key Responsibilities Establish and maintain PMO standards, methodologies, templates, and best practices. Manage project and segment leads / marcom leads to ensure alignment with business priorities and meet deadlines. Develop and monitor project plans (including identifying interdependencies), timelines, resources, and risks. Facilitate reporting progress and updates to the organization. Partner with functional brand lead to prioritize initiatives and allocate resources. Drive accountability for project deliverables, milestones, and outcomes. Promote continuous improvement. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field. 3-5 years of project, program, or portfolio management experience. PMP, PgMP, Agile, or equivalent certification preferred. Experience leading cross-functional teams and strategic initiatives. Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
