Instructional Designer

To support the Learning Experience department, the full-time salaried Instructional Designer & Facilitator will design, develop, and facilitate high-quality learning experiences remotely, collaborating with subject matter experts and stakeholders to create engaging educational content. Key responsibilities Design and develop various learning formats, including eLearning and workshops, while maintaining and updating content as needed Deliver and facilitate training programs in live virtual and blended formats, adapting to different audiences and incorporating feedback for improvement Manage projects from development through launch, evaluating learning experiences and identifying knowledge gaps to create effective learning solutions Required qualifications Experience in instructional design, training, or content development with a solid understanding of adult learning principles Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and tools like Canva and PowerPoint for creating visual materials Strong research and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively Comfortable working independently and collaborating cross-functionally Background in health, wellness, or a regulated industry is a plus, with a willingness to learn essential
