Outside Sales / Business Development Representative Disaster Restoration | Central Washington This is not an entry-level sales position. Prior outside sales or business development experience is required. Clean Image Services is growing, and we are looking for an experienced, driven relationship-builder who knows how to turn connections into long-term business partnerships. If you enjoy meeting people face-to-face, building a strong professional network, developing your own territory, and seeing your efforts directly impact your income, this could be a great fit. This is not a sit-behind-a-desk sales role. You will be out in the community developing relationships, creating opportunities, and representing a company people turn to when they need help most. About Clean Image Services Clean Image Services is a locally established disaster restoration contractor serving Central Washington. We help residential and commercial property owners recover from water, fire, mold, and other property damage through mitigation and reconstruction services. What You’ll Be Doing As a Business Development Representative, you will develop and manage referral relationships that generate restoration and reconstruction opportunities throughout your territory. Your week may include meeting with an insurance agent over coffee, visiting a property management company, attending a networking event, presenting to a commercial organization, reconnecting with existing referral partners, or identifying new businesses to introduce to Clean Image Services. You will: Prospect for and develop new referral relationships Build and maintain relationships with existing partners Conduct in-person sales visits, meetings, lunches, and presentations Attend networking, community, and industry events Identify new opportunities within your assigned territory Maintain consistent follow-up with referral partners Track sales activity, relationships, and opportunities in our CRM Work toward individual activity and growth goals Collaborate with other territory representatives and our sales coach Represent and strengthen the Clean Image Services brand throughout Central Washington You may develop relationships with: Insurance agents and brokers Property managers Commercial property owners Facilities managers Insurance adjusters Hospitals and healthcare organizations Schools and colleges Contractors Plumbers and other trade partners Other businesses that regularly encounter property-loss situations Who Will Be Successful Here We are looking for someone who is naturally comfortable building relationships and isn't afraid to walk into a business, introduce themselves, and start a conversation. Qualifications Required: 2+ years of outside sales, account management, or business development experience Strong interpersonal and communication skills Demonstrated ability to build and maintain professional relationships Comfortable prospecting and developing new business Basic proficiency with CRM systems, email, Excel, and other business technology Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record Ability to independently manage a territory and daily schedule Preferred: Experience in restoration, construction, roofing, insurance, property management, home services, commercial services, or another relationship-driven industry is a plus.
