Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sheet Metal Master License holder in Boston, MA. The individual will be responsible for leading sheet metal installation projects, interpreting blueprints and technical drawings, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations, and performing quality control checks. Daily tasks also include supervising and mentoring junior technicians, maintaining project timelines, and collaborating with other team members to achieve project goals. Additionally, the role involves troubleshooting and resolving any issues that may arise during the installation process.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in interpreting blueprints and technical drawings related to sheet metal work

• Experience with sheet metal installation and manufacturing processes

• Knowledge of industry standards, safety regulations, and quality control processes

• Supervisory skills with the ability to mentor and guide junior technicians

• Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve installation issues

• Excellent communication and collaborative abilities

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects efficiently

• Possession of a valid Sheet Metal Master License

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certifications are a plus
