As an Administrative Assistant, you will be an integral part of the church office support team, ensuring smooth daily operations and fostering a welcoming environment for visitors and staff alike. Job Title: Administrative Assistant Location: Neosho, MO Pay Range: $17-$19 Shift: 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM, Monday through Thursday What's the Job? Provide administrative and clerical support to pastoral staff and ministry leaders Answer phones, greet visitors, and manage incoming correspondence Maintain office supplies and equipment to ensure operational efficiency Prepare and distribute church bulletins, newsletters, and other communications Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and maintaining the church calendar What's Needed? Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team Familiarity with Baptist church practices and values is a plus What's in it for me?
