Maintenance Manager – Combined Cycle Power Plant Hobbs, NM $160,000 - $190,000 per year, bonus, PTO, Medical, Dental, Vision, paid maternity/paternity, 401k 6% match A Maintenance Manager is required to lead maintenance activity at a combined-cycle power generation facility in Hobbs, New Mexico. This role offers a salary of $160,000 - $190,000 plus bonus, with responsibility for plant reliability, outage planning, maintenance programs, safety and team performance. The Maintenance Manager will take ownership of preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance across gas turbines, steam turbines, HRSGs, generators, balance-of-plant equipment, switchyard systems and DCS controls. This is a hands-on leadership role combining technical maintenance expertise with planning, budgeting, contractor management and team development. The Maintenance Manager Role: Lead preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance programs across major plant equipment and associated systems Build long-range maintenance plans aligned with inspection, overhaul and outage requirements Own CMMS standards, including equipment hierarchy, work-order quality, PM compliance, spare-parts data and maintenance history Develop and manage annual maintenance O&M and minor-capital budgets Plan and execute scheduled outages and major inspections, coordinating contractors, OEM support and internal teams Lead root-cause analysis on equipment failures, forced outages and recurring reliability issues Support safe maintenance execution across LOTO, confined space, hot work, fall protection, electrical safety and wider OSHA requirements Lead, coach and develop a multidisciplinary maintenance team across mechanical, electrical, I&C, planning and supervisory functions Maintenance Manager Requirements: Experience as a Maintenance Manager or in a senior maintenance leadership role within power generation, heavy industrial or process environments Strong maintenance experience within combined-cycle, simple-cycle gas turbine or large thermal power plant environments Experience with gas turbines, steam turbines, HRSGs, generators and balance-of-plant rotating equipment Proven experience planning and executing major gas-turbine outages, inspections or steam-turbine overhauls Experience managing CMMS platforms such as Maximo, SAP PM, Infor EAM or similar Strong understanding of plant safety, environmental and regulatory compliance requirements Previous leadership experience managing technicians, planners, supervisors or multidisciplinary maintenance teams Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Chemical Engineering preferred; equivalent military or technical experience considered #J-18808-Ljbffr Verto People
