Position- Python Validation Engineer

Location- Dearborn ,MI

Will slightly vary based on project/feature assigned. But overall, as follows -
• Understand requirements of vehicle systems, platforms, and Setup
• Collaborate with Customer teams and get clarification on requirements if needed.
• Test case creation, execution and debug using python-based environment
• Work in an Agile environment and meet target set for the sprints.
• Causal analysis of defects and fix for further evaluation
• Timely escalation of issues and risk

Digital : Python , Python Validation Engineer
4-6 Years of experience
• Strong experience in python for Software validation or development
• Experience with pytest and Slash testing framework in python is required
• Good knowledge of Automotive Subsystem (Body, CCM, ADAS etc.)
• Good experience in end-to-end development and testing
• Understand of Object-oriented Concepts
• Knowledge of protocols like CAN and Ethernet and JSON concepts
• Understand of AUTOSAR architecture
• Understanding of white box/black box testing
• Good problem solving and analytical skills
• Good knowledge of SDLC and STLC, HIL Testing
• Basic experience using any tool for model-based development and code generation.
