Telepro Communications is looking for an Entry-Level Billing Assistant to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, eager to learn, and ready to grow in a professional office environment.

No billing experience is required. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and the willingness to ask questions and learn the process.

Responsibilities may include:

• Assisting with billing paperwork and documentation
• Reviewing information for accuracy
• Organizing files and records
• Entering data into company systems
• Communicating with team members regarding missing or incorrect information
• Following up on billing-related items as needed
• Helping keep billing documents organized and up to date
