HRV Biofeedback Expert (Ph.D./Psy.D.)

Firm The client is a premier New York City-based performance psychology practice working with elite athletes, high-performing individuals, and select high-profile clients across sport, business, and entertainment. The firm is distinguished by its deeply personalized, evidence‑based approach to performance optimization and mental conditioning. As it continues to scale, expanding into new locations and growing its client base, it is seeking senior practitioners to support its next phase of development. Role HRV Biofeedback Expert – PhD or PsyD, to work in the Manhattan office (Park Avenue & 59th Street) starting 8/1/2026 for 20 client hours per week. Requirements: 10+ years of experience in clinical practice and applied performance psychology. Strong grounding in both clinical practice and applied performance psychology. Experience in team, organizational, or other high-performance environments is preferred. BCB certified; BCN certification preferred. New York state licensure is not required at this time, as the individual will be able to work under the supervisory psychologist’s license. Candidate Profile Ph.D. or Psy.D. Expert-level HRV biofeedback practitioner. BCB certified and ideally BCN certified.
