POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced Personal Injury Paralegal to manage a caseload of plaintiff-side, single-event personal injury matters from intake through resolution.

This role is ideal for someone with 2+ years of recent plaintiff-side experience handling Texas personal injury cases who is comfortable independently managing a full caseload in a fast-paced, trial-ready environment.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Manage personal injury cases from intake through settlement, trial, or resolution

• Handle single-event cases including auto, trucking, motorcycle, and premises liability

• Communicate regularly with clients and provide case updates

• Request, track, and organize medical records, bills, and liens

• Prepare medical chronologies and damages summaries

• Draft demand packages, settlement statements, and legal correspondence

• Assist with pre-suit negotiations, discovery, depositions, and trial preparation

• Calendar and track statutes of limitations, deadlines, and case milestones

• Coordinate with investigators, expert witnesses, and outside vendors

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

• 2+ years of personal injury paralegal experience working exclusively on the plaintiff's side

• Direct experience handling Texas personal injury cases

• Experience with single-event personal injury matters , including auto, trucking, motorcycle, or premises liability cases

• Working knowledge of Texas civil procedure and venue rules

• Ability to independently manage a full, active caseload

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Experience communicating directly with clients
