Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

• 
  Evaluate patients functional abilities and develop tailored treatment plans.
  
  
• 
  Implement therapeutic techniques to improve or restore patient mobility, strength, and independence.
  
  
• 
  Document patient progress and adjust therapy plans accordingly.
  
  
• 
  Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate patient care.
  
  
• 
  Educate patients and families on exercises and strategies to support recovery.
  
  
• 
  Maintain compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Valid Occupational Therapist license in the state of practice.
  
  
• 
  Proven experience in a SNF or similar long-term care setting preferred.
  
  
• 
  Strong assessment and clinical decision-making skills.
  
  
• 
  Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  
  
• 
  Knowledge of relevant OT techniques, equipment, and assistive devices.
  
  
• 
  Ability to handle a diverse patient caseload with professionalism.
