Essential Functions Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions. 1. Handling all in-house repairs regarding removing and replacing bathroom tiles, painting, and repairing wallboards, vinyl, carpentry, etc. 2. Performs routine maintenance on building interior and exterior. 3. Contact and schedule vendors and contractors for necessary building repairs and emergencies outside the scope of routine maintenance. 4. Maintains a schedule of when maintenance has been performed and when the next service is due. 5. Works safely and recognizes unsafe situations. Supervisory Responsibility This position has no supervisory responsibilities. Work Environment This job operates in public and non-public areas of the property, including guest rooms. The employee is frequently exposed to fumes, airborne particles, moving mechanical parts, and vibration. The employee is occasionally exposed to various extreme conditions while performing their duties. The noise level in the work environment and work areas can be loud. Physical Demands An employee must meet the physical demands described here to perform the essential functions of this job successfully. The employee must regularly stand, reach, lift, bend, kneel, stoop, climb, lift, and pull items over 75 pounds. The position requires manual dexterity, auditory and visual skills, and following written and oral instructions and procedures. Position Type This is a full-time position, Non-Exempt. Travel No travel is expected for this position. Required Education and Experience 1. High school diploma or GED. Preferred Education and Experience 1.
