SHIFT SUPERVISOR (FULL TIME)

Overview We are hiring immediately for a full-time SHIFT SUPERVISOR position. Location: Longview ISD - 1301 East Young Street, Longview, TX 75602. Openings at other locations within the school district may be available. Online applications accepted only. Schedule & Format Full-time schedule; days and hours may vary. Evening shift. More details upon interview. (Full and Part Time with the flexibility to meet most scheduling needs.) Compensation & Benefits Fixed Pay Rate: $16.50 per hour. Responsibilities Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and ensure that assigned job expectations are completed in accordance with policy and procedure. Provide training and create work schedules for staff. Evaluate performance, reward high performers, and address performance issues. Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure unit goals for quality, productivity, and safety are met. Serve as the contact person for employee concerns, complaints, or requests for time off. Mentor employees and encourage development and advancement within the organization. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Minimum of 1 year of prior supervisory experience is required.
