PREP ROOM TECHNICIAN

Monday - Tuesday 

8:00 am - until job is completed

$15.00 per hour

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Perform food preparation tasks such as chopping, slicing, dicing, and mixing ingredients
• Label, store, and maintain food items at proper temperatures
• Assist with the assembly and packaging of food products
• Adhere to all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene protocols
• Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure timely ingredient preparation
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized prep area

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience in commercial food preparation or production
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions and recipes accurately
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and industry best practices
• Ability to manage time effectively and multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift/move light items
