Green Restorations LLC is a home-based small business. We are in search for a reliable and hardworking Carpet Cleaning Helper & Driver to assist with residential and commercial cleaning services. This role involves supporting the lead technician, operating equipment, driving to job sites around Anne Arundel & PG counties, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
* Assist the lead technician with carpet, upholstery, and floor cleaning services
* Set up and break down cleaning equipment and tools
* Safely drive company vehicle to and from job sites
* Load and unload equipment, hoses, and supplies
* Pre-treat carpets and assist with stain removal and deodorizing
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the company vehicle and equipment
* Communicate professionally with customers on-site
* Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines

Requirements:
* Valid driver’s license with a clean not necessarily perfect driving record
* Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor
* Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality
* Good communication and customer service skills
* Ability to work flexible hours, overtime, including weekends if needed
* Previous experience is a plus, but not required (training provided)
* Ability to pass background check

Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience driving vans or small commercial vehicles
* Basic knowledge of cleaning equipment and chemicals

Work Environment:
* Indoor and outdoor work in residential and commercial environments
* Physically active role requiring standing, bending, lifting, and extended periods of movement

Compensation & Benefits:
* Starting pay: $17–$19 per hour, plus overtime depending on experience
