We have been at the forefront of health services in the Fox Valley area since 1918, bringing exceptional care wherever it's needed. VNA offers exceptional healthcare delivered in homes, health centers and community settings with extensive programs and services. Our health centers are located in Six large suburban communities (Aurora, Elgin, Carol Stream, Bensenville, Bolingbrook & Romeoville) within a one hour commute to downtown Chicago - with a staff of over 400 we serve 90,000 annually, providing primary care at our Joint Commission Accredited FQHC.
Job Summary: The family practice physician provides health assessment and direct care to patients as part of the provider team providing services to VNA Health Center patients.
