Territory Manager | South Bay, California

iRhythm Technologies seeks a field-based Territory Manager for the South Bay region to drive adoption of its Zio cardiac monitoring platform among cardiologists and health systems. The role combines new business development, strategic account management, and territory expansion within a digital healthcare organization.
Responsibilities
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities with physicians and healthcare administrators in hospitals and private practices
- Develop and execute territory growth plan emphasizing market penetration and product adoption
- Deliver data-driven sales presentations communicating clinical and economic value of Zio platform
- Manage account performance including training, workflow optimization, and cross-functional collaboration
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- 5+ years sales experience with minimum 3 years in medical device or healthcare technology
- Proven track record capturing market share or displacing competitors through value-based selling
- Strong cardiology, electrophysiology, and integrated delivery network experience preferred
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel extensively within territory approximately 4.5 days per week
Compensation: $90,000–$180,000 base plus commission
