Activities Assistant

As an Activities Assistant, you will play a vital role in creating a fulfilling and engaging experience for our residents, while maintaining their independence, choice, and dignity. About the Role As an Activities Assistant, your primary responsibilities will include: Creating and coordinating daily events, such as games, arts, and crafts, and other recreational activities. Transporting residents to and from activities Logging activities notes related to resident participation. Create a warm, welcoming, and engaging activities experience. Communicating with participants, employees, and volunteers to ensure a seamless experience Managing logistics and operations to ensure the smooth execution of events Lifting the spirits of our residents and ensuring they enjoy their time at our community Requirements High school diploma and certain certifications may be required Experience with nursing, recreational activities, event planning, or related fields may be preferred Job training and first aid/CPR training may be necessary Ability to pass a background check and drug screen Why AdviniaCare At AdviniaCare, we are committed to providing exceptional care, every resident, every day.
