Responsibilities

• Testing & Evaluation: Set up and run electro-mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic test fixtures to measure product performance against engineering drawings, schematics, and Acceptance Test Procedures (ATPs).
• Data Acquisition: Record test data accurately using standard software and measurement equipment (e.g., oscilloscopes, multimeters, transducers, and computerized data systems).
• Troubleshooting & Rework: Perform root-cause analysis on test failures down to the component level; complete diagnostic teardowns, component evaluations, and necessary soldering or mechanical reworks.
• Equipment & Setup: Connect, calibrate, and verify test stands, plumbing, and electrical connections prior to testing to ensure data accuracy and operator safety.
• Process Improvement: Support Lean manufacturing initiatives, maintain a clean and safe work area (FOD-free), and assist in updating test documentation as needed.
