What You'll Do Support customers and field technicians by troubleshooting our machines Use phone, video, and computer tools to diagnose and resolve technical issues Learn how complex electro-mechanical systems operate Travel onsite when needed to build real-world experienceWork closely with our collaborative, highly skilled technical team You will be trained, coached, and supported-no one is thrown in cold. Training & Growth You'll receive structured, hands-on training at our Rochester, NY headquarters, as well as occasional training at customer sites across the U.S. and Canada.
