Senior P&C Insurance Requirements Lead - Remote
Midwest Startups
Kin, a remote‑first insurer, seeks a Senior Insurance Business Analyst to translate product decisions into executable system requirements. You’ll own the requirements lifecycle for new products, state launches, and compliance, collaborating across Insurance Product, Actuarial, Underwriting, and Engineering.
You will lead UAT and ensure accurate implementation before release, shaping Kin’s growth across multiple states with clear documentation and scalable processes.
