About Our Agency

My name is Ben Davis -I started this State Farm Agency in January 2020 , and we've grown into one of the most successful agencies in the country. Because of that success, we were given the opportunity to take over a second location (Castle Rock) .

I started in this position too. If you take the right approach, this can be the beginning of a career where you're in control of your future-including your income.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary Range $55,000 - $95,000 (based on performance/structure)
