What You'll Do

• Set and achieve new business goals.
• Utilize Sales Tools to identify, target, and prospect new business and create a new business sales pipeline.
• Manage new business sales pipeline and follow up on leads and prospects to ensure new business goals are met.
• Work in conjunction with internal teams to identify cross sell opportunities and utilize multi-disciplinary resources.
• Attend community events, work personal networks, and participate in activities that drive new business sales goals.
• Stay current on license and education requirements.
• Attend internal and external trainings to keep up-to-date on insurance market trends.
• Travel as needed.

What You'll Need

• Must hold appropriate and valid insurance licenses and driver's licenses.
• 3+ years of insurance sales experience.
• Thorough understanding of insurance underwriting and rating procedures.
• Self-starter, imaginative and creative with good communications skills and strong sales skills.
• Competitive, persistent, and self-reliant with high energy and sales drive.
