Lead Restoration Technician

DIRECT HIRE: Seeking a motivated and professional Lead Restoration Technician to join our growing team in Lakeway, TX. This role is ideal for someone who is looking to build a long-term career in the restoration industry, not just fill a job. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in water, fire, or mold restoration and the ability to lead projects while delivering exceptional customer service. This position requires a dependable, clean-cut professional who can work independently, communicate effectively with customers, and help lead restoration teams through successful project completion. Previous experience supervising teams or managing restoration projects is preferred. Tools, equipment and PPE provided (candidate must have work boots). Working Location: Greater Austin, TX. area Pay Range: $26hr - $36hr (depending on experience) Base hours/Schedule: M - F, 8am - 5pm, +OT (also on-call rotation) Benefits: Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, PTO (3 weeks), company truck for experienced candidate Responsibilities: * Perform water, fire, and mold restoration services in residential and commercial environments
- Lead or assist crews on mitigation and restoration projects
- Communicate professionally with customers, insurance adjusters, and team
- Set up and monitor drying equipment and containment systems
- Maintain clean and organized job sites, vehicles, and equipment
- Participate in rotating on-call/weekend coverage schedules
- Follow all company safety procedures and industry best practices
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to build rapport with customers and represent the company
- Ability to work independently and lead projects or crews when needed
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Professional appearance and attitude

- WTR (Water Damage Restoration Technician)
- MRS (Mold Remediation Specialist)
- FSRT (Fire & Smoke Restoration Technician)
- Experience with restoration software platforms including:
- MICA/Mitigate
- Xactimate
