You are knowledgeable of the vehicle features in the Toyota lineup as well as competitive models, and can demonstrate these features to customers. Customer service skills are essential in today’s market. This is not the car business from 20 years ago and those tactics are outdated. Good communication skills are essential, computer skills are helpful.
