Trust Administration and Probate Associate Attorney

Job Overview A law firm seeks a Trust Administration and Probate Associate Attorney in Costa Mesa, CA. Duties Draft, review, and edit accounting, probate, and conservatorship petitions and other pleadings. Oversee trust administrations, probate, and conservatorship cases from inception to closure. Review probate notes and tentative rulings. Appear at hearings. Collaborate with partners and associate attorneys to ensure case progress. Delegate work to paralegals, secretaries, and clerical staff, and monitor their work. Lead and participate in initial consultations and client meetings. Requirements Active/licensed attorney in good standing with the CA State Bar. Minimum 3 years of experience. Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Attention to detail, highly organized, and able to handle multiple cases. Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, and Excel) and Adobe Acrobat. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree. Certifications Licensed to practice law in California.
